Is this service safe to use?
Absolutely. We don't store any user data — no accounts, no personal information. All downloaded files are automatically deleted after 6 hours on the free plan (or 7 days for accounts).

Who runs nzb.es?
We're the same people behind the original nzbs.io Usenet indexer from years ago. We care about privacy, simplicity, and keeping things running smoothly — no gimmicks, just downloads.

Can I upload larger files?
Not right now — the free plan is limited to 1GB and accounts to 10GB. We're always looking at ways to improve the service, so higher limits might be available in the future.

How many files can I upload?
There's no hard limit at the moment — upload as many as you like. During busy times, you might have to wait in a queue. We may introduce fair-use limits in the future if needed.

Why did my download fail?
Downloads can fail for a bunch of reasons — missing articles, corrupt files, or issues with the Usenet provider. We're working on showing detailed failure reasons directly on your download page soon.
